- Regular and detailed reporting on all actions taken on cases,

Early collection
Automatic data handover from day 1 overdue, all receivables are efficiently and effectively followed up at a more cost effective and flexible manner than clients are able to themselves.
During this phase of collections, our focus is on reconnecting the Debtor to the client, following payment these same debtors can continues to be high value customers to our clients.
An added benefit is a reduction in client fixed costs and peaks handled without additional costs.
Debt collection
New methods of customer acquisition, more complex payment methods and growth in international trade are increasing the demand on credit management teams. Professional debt collection is one of the most cost effective ways of improving cash flow and reducing outstanding debts.
Campaigns involving telephone and multiple mailing strategies are developed to suit and match our clients business strategy, whilst a wide range of payment methods are offered to debtors to encourage prompt payment.
From an operational perspective, our call centre staff are organized into sector and client specific teams giving them a greater understanding of the client, the industry in which they operate and regulatory requirements. It is this approach that provides our clients with the reassurance and confidence they need. Just because an account falls into arrears doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to lose a customer.
Debt Surveillance
If you are at the stage of writing-off a debt as uncollectible, outsourcing the debt to a specialist partner who can apply a committed Debt Surveillance program may be a suitable alternative. This service is unique to CreditExpress.
Our service monitors the financial status of debtors for up to ten years using periodic contact via telephone, letters or agent visits. Keeping regular contact and adopting a sensitive and focused approach to all aspects of the process ensures that if financial circumstances improve, the introduction of an appropriate collection method can then be implemented.
This alternative is especially useful during uncertain economic times where a debtor may lose his/her job today but will be reemployed in several years time and be able to then repay.
Debt purchase
An integral element of CreditExpress’s business is purchased debt. We have a dedicated team of debt purchase analysts who provide clients with specialist knowledge covering the sale of their debt portfolios, whether mass volume or niche, and we invite client participation throughout and beyond the sale process.
